1 Introduction and Acceptance

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposited funds must come only from your own verified payment account.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus must be completed. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000; in this case, a total wagering of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 is required.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

A member may not claim the same offer more than once.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
If offer-specific terms are not followed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
399bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

399bet offers sports betting, casino games, and live casino services. Specific rules apply to each section.

5.1 Sports Betting

Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Live betting during a match is available; however, if a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the full amount will be refunded.
If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
In the event of match-fixing or score manipulation, the relevant bets may be voided.

5.2 Casino Games

All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) — completely fair and unbiased.
If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, 399bet reserves the right to void the result of that round and return the stake.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399bet platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure, and the balance may be forfeited.

Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
Strategic betting to circumvent bonus terms (arbitrage or low-risk hedging).
Placing bets using automated bots or automated software.
Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
Threatening or abusive behaviour towards other members or staff.

7 VIP Programme and Rewards

The 399bet VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

7.1 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is based on the total net loss for the week. The maximum cashback is 0.4% at Bronze tier, 0.8% at Silver tier, and 1.2% at Gold tier.

7.2 VIP Terms

Participation in the programme or receipt of rewards is at the discretion of 399bet.
VIP benefits cannot be transferred or given to others.
If any misconduct is detected, the VIP tier may be revoked.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus-related balances will be cancelled if the relevant conditions have not been met.
